Everything was great for a one night stay, even a two night stay for someone else. One thing I would add or address is nightstand lights that have electric outlets in them. To be able to plug your phone chargers in. I would put some type of hand soap on the sink because all there was, was lotion. And I would put a little bit bigger refrigerator than what is there even if it doesn’t fit underneath the furniture piece. A restrictor needs to be put on the showerhead in the shower so there’s not so much water coming out making a mess on the floor, and will save water usage. Also, the exhaust fan never shut off in the bathroom the whole time.

Big comfortable room - well appointed (if a little sparse) - perfect place to stay for downtown and/or a show at the amphitheater (walking distance) - tons of bars/restaurants nearby - check in very easy - while there's no on on duty at the property, the staff responded to email within minutes - absolutely no problems at all - lovely stay

The room was spacious, modern, and clean. All went very well from check-in to check-out. Located right in the historic section of Bangor, the hotel is only steps away from many restaurants surrounding a cozy square. A coffee shop just downstairs is also convenient. The host was very quick to respond to messages giving us a sense of his presence. Thank you!

I liked that it was clean and very comfortable. The staff that I did run in to was extremely friendly! That there is no parking . So plan to pay $6 for overnite parking a little walk aways . Also should be advertised that there is no front desk.

The property was exactly as described. Yes, the building was built in 1873 - you’ll never believe it was because the renovations are first class. Simple, clean and focused on environmental sustainability - superb. You arrive, get by email a door code for entry, and the room was exactly as described. There wasn’t anything different from the Booking Offer. Needed an iron to touch up a shirt, they handled it. One is available. Needed to do a load of laundry, they have a room available with washers and dryers — no additional charge. First Class. No, there isn’t a Bellman available to bring you a bucket of ice. No, there isn’t a Concierge to book you a dinner reservation. However, they deliver what they’ve said, the room was exceptionally clean, amenities exactly as described. I’ve spent many a years in security at Five Star Hotels. This property may not have the pools, valets, kitchen and restaurants, but for Bangor, ME … they are a 5 Star property. I’ll be back and strongly recommending others to enjoy the simplicity of a very well managed property. Seriously, nothing. Yes, parking is around the corner. But I paid maybe $9 for the public parking. I was there for 4 days. Not an issue.

Perfect location to everything. I would have liked a microwave in the room, or toaster oven. I was advertised as an apartment, but was actually a great size room but not an apartment; no kitchenette, eating spot or living room spot .

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of downtown Bangor. Tasty coffee in the room, plus a coffee shop on the first floor. Walkable to restaurants, bookstores, shopping and more. The staff were very communicative and answered all of our questions. Will definitely stay here again!

No need to look anywhere else-this unit has it all: location, charm, exceptional coffee and service downstairs, and comfortable bed and bedding. Thank you for providing a place that is affordable, convenient, and cozy.

Very quiet and clean, felt like I was at home! Loved the bathroom and the coffee bar The bedding was a little stiff, also would be nice to have extra throw blanket(s) in the room for those of us who are always cold haha.
